Privacy Policy

Creative Resilience Counseling (CRC) is a small, therapist-owned studio. We collect the minimum information needed to run the site, deliver the resources you ask for, and keep things safe. We don't sell your data. Ever.

We use privacy-respecting analytics to count anonymous page views and learn which resources actually help people. We do not collect IP addresses in identifiable form, fingerprint your device, or build cross-site profiles.

You can opt out at any time from the cookie banner (look for "Customize preferences").

We use a small set of cookies — strictly necessary ones to keep the site working and remember your consent choice, and optional ones for analytics, occasional newsletters, and embedded content (like videos).

If you sign up for a newsletter or contact us, we use your email only to reply or to send the content you opted into. We never share or sell your address.

Every newsletter has a one-click unsubscribe at the bottom.

When you purchase a digital download, our payment processor (e.g. Stripe) handles your billing details — we never see or store your full card number. We keep an order record (email, items, date) so we can deliver downloads and provide support.

You can request a copy or deletion of your order history any time (see Your rights).

Some pages embed content from third parties (YouTube, Vimeo, Loom, etc.). When you interact with those embeds, the third party may set their own cookies and collect data per their policies.

You can block these by declining "Embedded content" in the cookie banner.

We use a small, vetted set of services to run CRC:

• Hosting & infrastructure — to serve the site quickly and securely.
• Email delivery — to send newsletters and order receipts.
• Payment processing — to handle digital purchases.
• AI assistants (Piper) — chatbot responses are processed by an AI provider; we don't retain your messages beyond the active session unless you explicitly save them.

Each provider is bound by a contract and processes data only on our behalf.

You always have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you.
• Correct anything that's wrong.
• Delete your data (where we're not legally required to keep it).
• Object to or withdraw consent for optional uses, any time.
• Export a copy of your data in a portable format.

Many of our resources are designed for young people, but the site itself is intended for adults (parents, educators, therapists). We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us info, contact us and we'll delete it.

When we make meaningful changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date below and — for anything significant — let subscribers know by email.
