The fine print, made friendly

By using Creative Resilience Counseling (CRC) — our website, library, apps, downloads, and other digital products — you agree to these Terms. They exist to keep things fair for you, for us, and for the therapists and educators who pour their work into this studio.

If you disagree with anything here, please don't use the service. If something feels unclear, email notify@chaoscontrolhub.info and a real human will reply.

When you purchase or download a CRC resource, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it in the ways described below. We retain all ownership of the underlying work.

Personal & single-classroom / single-practice use is included. You may:

• Use the resource with your own family, students, or clients.
• Print copies for your own classroom, therapy room, or home.
• Display materials on a screen during your own sessions or lessons.

Multi-user, district, or organization use requires an extended license. Email us — we keep this affordable and friendly.

All content — text, illustrations, worksheets, frameworks, code, audio, and the Piper assistant — is the intellectual property of Creative Resilience Counseling and its contributors, protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share download links to our resources.
• Upload our materials to file-sharing sites, Google Drives, or other repositories.
• Edit and republish our work as your own (no removing watermarks, credits, or branding).
• Train AI/ML models on our materials without written permission.

We love when our work is referenced. If you'd like to quote or feature it, please link back and credit "Creative Resilience Counseling."

Everything in the CRC library is educational and informational. It is designed to support emotional learning, creativity, and reflection. It is not therapy, not diagnosis, and not a substitute for care from a licensed mental health professional.

Using our resources does not create a therapist–client relationship with Stacy or with CRC. For a fuller explanation, please read our Disclaimer.

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are generally final. That said, we are humans first.

• If a file is broken, missing, or wildly different from its description, we'll make it right — replacement or full refund within 14 days.
• If you bought the wrong item by accident, email us within 7 days and we'll usually swap it.

This is a small, kind corner of the internet. Please:

• Don't attempt to break, scrape, or overload the site or Piper.
• Don't use our resources to harass, harm, or shame anyone — including yourself.
• Don't impersonate CRC, Stacy, or our contributors.
• Don't upload illegal content or anything that violates someone else's rights.

We may suspend access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken.

We sometimes link to or embed third-party tools (payment processors, fonts, analytics, video hosts). Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services. We choose partners carefully but can't be responsible for their behavior.

We work hard to make the CRC studio reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, CRC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or its resources.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for things the law says we can't disclaim — like fraud or gross negligence.

We may update these Terms occasionally as the studio grows. When we make meaningful changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and, for significant shifts, post a friendly note on the site.
