Refund Policy

Refunds, kept simple

Clear, fair rules for digital downloads, subscriptions, and the occasional oops. If in doubt, just email us.

The short version

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are generally final. But we're a small therapist-owned studio run by humans β€” if something goes wrong, please reach out and we'll do our best to make it right.

Email notify@chaoscontrolhub.info with your order details and a sentence about what happened.

Digital downloads & printables

Once a digital file has been delivered (download link sent or file accessed), the order is considered fulfilled and refunds are not typically issued.

We will issue a full refund or replacement if:

  • The file is corrupted, missing pages, or won't open.
  • The file is materially different from what was described or shown on the product page.
  • The download link expires or fails before you can access it.

Reach out within 14 days of purchase and we'll fix it.

Accidental purchases

Hit "Buy" on the wrong item? It happens. Email us within 7 days of purchase, before the file has been downloaded, and we'll either:

  • Swap it for the resource you actually wanted, or
  • Issue a full refund.

Tell us your order number and what went wrong β€” no need to justify it. Mistakes are welcome here.

Duplicate purchases

If you accidentally bought the same item twice (or two of us in your household did), email us with both order numbers within 30 days and we'll refund the duplicate in full. No restocking fee β€” we don't restock pixels.

Bundles & multi-item orders

Bundles are sold and refunded as a single product. We can't refund individual items inside a bundle, but if the bundle as a whole has a problem, the rules in Digital downloads apply.

Subscriptions & memberships

For any recurring memberships or subscription products:

  • You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us.
  • Cancellation stops the next billing cycle. We do not pro-rate or refund partial months already paid.
  • If you were charged after canceling, or charged unexpectedly, email us within 30 days and we'll refund the unintended charge.
  • Free trial? Cancel any time before the trial ends and you won't be billed.

Courses, workshops & live events

For self-paced courses, refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you've completed less than 25% of the course material.

For live workshops or events, full refunds are available up to 7 days before the event. After that, we can offer a credit toward a future session or transfer your spot to someone else.

When refunds aren't available

To keep things sustainable for our small studio, refunds are not available for:

  • Files already downloaded, beyond the windows above.
  • "Pay what you can" or donation-style purchases.
  • Sale or promotional items marked as final.
  • Resources purchased more than 30 days ago without a quality issue.

How to request a refund

It's simple β€” no forms, no jumping through hoops:

  1. Email notify@chaoscontrolhub.info.
  2. Include your order number and the email used at checkout.
  3. Tell us briefly what happened.

We respond within 2–3 business days. Approved refunds usually appear on your card within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
